Senior Agent, Joshua Silverman, is a Bay Area native born in Berkeley. Josh joins RMC with a wealth of experience in real estate brokerage. He began his real estate career with a boutique apartment brokerage firm in Oakland and has since expanded his market coverage to include residential properties. He has closed nearly 100 transactions, including multi-family properties (ranging from duplexes to a 37 unit building), single family homes and condominiums. Josh enjoys crafting solutions to help his clients reach their financial goals. Whether the client is a first-time homebuyer or seasoned investor, Josh takes the time to weigh the pros and cons from both a short and long-term perspective, working diligently to help his clients make the right call.
Josh’s enthusiasm for the Bay Area is infectious. He’s also a proud co-owner of investment properties on both sides of the Bay and offers his own lessons in property ownership to his clients.
